Ampaglas Plastics Group is the parent company of Ampa Plastics, Modek and Vesta Bathroomware, the "Big Three" of plastics manufacture in South Africa.

Ampaglas Plastics Group manufactures thousands of metric tons of plastics annually on 12 extrusion lines at the Ampa Plastics and Modek factory in Elandsfontein, Johannesburg. Sanitaryware is manufactured at its Vesta Bathroomware factory in East London.
